NOTICE OF MAKING PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2022 HIGHWAYS ACT 1980, SECTION 119

A copy of the Order and the Order map have been placed and may be seen free of charge on a notice board outside the Offices of Caerphilly County Borough Council (Penallta House) (address below), at all hours. Copies of the Order and map may be obtained free of charge upon request to Legal Services (address below).

Any representations about or objections to the order may be sent or delivered in writing addressed to the Head of Legal Services (address below) not later than 03/01/2023. Please state the grounds on which they are made.

If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, the Caerphilly County Borough Council may itself confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.

C-B

A new path commencing at point ‘C’ (approximately GR ST 31981 18889) and travelling in a East-North-Easterly direction at a width of 2.0 metres along a grassed, earth surface for a distance of 52 metres to point ‘B’ (approximately GR ST 31986 18890).
