Due to current circumstances arising from Coronavirus and the resulting guidance from Public Health Wales, future Community Council meetings will be held remotely via video conferencing. Members of the public and press are unable to attend, however the Clerk will endeavour to publish the approved minutes as soon as possible following each meeting.
Meetings normally take place at Rhydri Primary School between 18.30 and 20.30 on the last Wednesday of every alternate month.
All meetings are open to the public. Members of the public are allocated a 10 minute slot to speak if they so wish with no member of the public speaking for more than 2 minutes. Members of the public are not permitted to speak at any other time during the meeting.
The Council reserves the right to re-shedule meetings. Please check with the Clerk one week prior to the listed date.
Agendas are available 3 clear days prior to the meeting (Sundays not included) and are displayed on our notice boards located at Draethen, Waterloo, Rudry Village and Rudry Village Hall.
