Members of the public and press may attend if contact is made in advance to the Clerk who will also endeavour to publish the minutes as soon as possible (a minimum of notes or actions within 7 days) following each meeting.

If you have any questions or concerns for the Community Council, please raise them with the Clerk or your local Community Councillor who may speak at the meetings on your behalf.
The Council reserves the right to re-schedule meetings. Please check with the Clerk one week prior to the listed date.

Agendas are available 3 clear days prior to the meeting (Sundays not included) and are currently being displayed on our website and noticeboards.
