 Draft Delivery Agreement 6-week consultation.

As you will be aware the council has published its Draft Delivery Agreement for a 6-week consultation process.

Unfortunately, due to the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) CCBC have had to erase the previous stakeholder database that held details of everyone who had commented on previous plans, or were interested in being kept informed of plan preparation, and as a result we are effectively starting from scratch.

To assist CCBC in publicising the various stages of the plan, and seeking to engender engagement with our communities, this is to notify or advise any community or local groups of the Draft Delivery Agreement and the emerging LDP, and that anyone group or person can register their interest in being kept informed of the plan preparation process on the council’s website (hyperlink :-

https://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/…/2nd-…/Register-your-interest)

In addition comments on the Draft Delivery Agreement will be welcomed during the 6-week consultation period which will close on 22nd April 2020. Details on how to make comments can also be found on the council’s website at:

https://www.caerphilly.gov.uk/Search-Result.aspx…

Thanks for your assistance

Dave Lucas
