Byelaws - Land Drainage

I refer to the above matter in accordance with section 236 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended by the Local Government Bylaws (Wales) Act 2012, The DWR Community Council hold a copy of the above mentioned byelaws which are intended to be sent to the Welsh Ministers for confirmation.

The copy deposit is open to the public for inspection at all reasonable times on arrangement and without payment.

DWR Community Council is pleased to announce the final approval and the order changing the speed limit from outside the Village Hall from 60 Miles per hour to now 30 Miles per hour and our greatest achievement of gaining the order to have the speed limit outside our Rudry Primary School from 60 Miles per hour down to 20 Miles per hour

The 20 mph speed limit by Rudry School is going through the process of Public Consultation to change it from a 60 mph zone to 20 mph zone.
